The Civics Committee and its working groups are open spaces for Intersect members and the wider Cardano community to engage in shaping Cardano’s governance. Whether you want to observe, contribute ideas, or stand as a voting member, there are several ways to get involved.

Open Meetings – You can observe Civics Committee and working group meetings via the links provided in the Intersect Knowledge Base (KB).
Become a Voting Committee Member
If you’d like to take an active role in decision-making:
Put yourself forward in Civics Committee elections, which are held twice yearly (April and October).
Elections are run through the Membership Area on the Intersect website.
Please note: you must be a paid Intersect Member to stand as a voting committee member.
Join a Working Group
Working Groups (such as GHWG, GEWG, or CC Elections WG) are open to contributors from the community.
